Globalpark celebrates 10 years of helping organizations gain insights that drive decision-making and bottom-line growth

Today Globalpark celebrates its 10th anniversary in the online feedback management business. On this day in 1999 Globalpark opened its doors and welcomed first customer, Daimler, who at the time also manufactured trains and airplanes. Globalpark built the Daimler T Panel, which brought together 35,000 participants to share their opinions and experience with travel, most notably around train seat design.

Enterprise Feedback Suite gets new release

With the release of version 6 of the Enterprise Feedback Suite, Globalpark is further enhancing its software products for Market Research, Human Resources, Marketing and Customer Relationship Management. EFS 6.0 is available since September 2008 and the upgrade is free of charge for licensed customers.

EFS Release 5.2

Version 5.2 of the Globalpark Enterprise Feedback Suite is available now. In this latest release, all Globalpark products have been completely renamed and have also been updated and improved significantly. In addition, common customer requests, such as adding scroll bars to the questionnaire design, providing drag-and-drop functions in the questionnaire editor, or the randomization of questions, have also been implemented in the software.
