Online employee survey projects involve many participants. In addition to the HR project team conducting the survey, a consultant is usually involved in the project with responsibility for creating the survey content and interpreting the results. Globalpark is the third participant in its capacity as technical service provider. Technical staff in our consulting department program the questionnaires and carry out extensive functionality tests before the start of the survey. They support the field phase of the survey and deal with data import, management of survey participants and the migration of paper-based questionnaires. Our web designers supply the graphical representation of the questionnaires and the results reports in the customer’s corporate design, while the software development team configures the software and ensures that the whole project runs smoothly from a technical point of view. Reporting specialists develop the report presentation, test automatic reporting functions and ensure error-free generation and distribution of results to the recipients. Our trainers hold training courses covering all aspects of EFS Employee, which can be administered by our customers themselves. The support team provides a technical consultant service to project team members and survey participants, on demand by e-mail or telephone, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Effective and efficient project management

 

The EFS Employee software solution is aimed at effective project processing. It separates components of the software that should only be maintained by administrators from those that can also be used by project staff. EFS Employee has a system of user authorizations, which can be configured to grant members of staff specific reading and editing rights as required. For instance, it is possible to allow a local employee to edit only the part of the company organizational chart for which they are responsible. They can neither change nor view other areas of the company structure. In addition, Globalpark can optionally provide a secure data exchange platform for teamwork. This ensures that customers, external consultants and the Globalpark project team can exchange raw data and results data sets, without having to use separate encryption software for data transfer.
